Aaron was awesome! Smart, polite, and fast! Aaron was able to address my dishwasher issue and fix it with lightning speed! 10/10 would hire him again! Give that man a raise!!!

I had a wonderful experience from the time of initiating contact to get scheduled up until the problem was resolved. My parent's electronic keypad on their oven died and what a shock to find out that it could be sent out to be repaired because that oven is 30+ years old. From my initial contact I was given updates on the status of the part being shipped out along with some information on what oven(s) to not buy if it could not be repaired. Nate who was my technician was so kind and courteous. I absolutely love this business and tell anyone who has issues that they need to contact them to get their appliances up and running again.

Hyrum was professional and nice, and explained exactly what was going on with our oven. He fixed it so quickly!! I’m super happy, and very excited to have things back in working order!

After 3 weeks and multiple visits the problem with our dishwasher was FINALLY fixed by Hyrum. He was a great defective and fixed the very rare problem. Thank you for the extra help!!
