Your Service Hero is good. And fast. But he still can’t be everywhere at once. So please call us to schedule service, and we’ll fit you in as fast as we can.
YOUR SERVICE HERO TO THE RESCUE
Our one-time $95 trip and diagnostic fee covers our visit to diagnose the problem with your appliance. If you have more than one problem appliance, we charge $45 to diagnose each additional appliance (we do not service refrigerator sealed systems).
Once the diagnostics are complete, your Service Hero technician will give you a complete appliance repair cost estimate (for both labor and parts) on the spot, and help you determine the best and most cost-effective plan to get your appliances up and running as fast as possible.
We use the Major Appliance Blue Book rate guide to determine appliance repair costs. Pricing will be the same from technician to technician.
Scheduling your service
When scheduling an appliance repair service call you can pick your desired time slot: either 8AM-12PM or 12PM-4PM.
We will call you the day of your appointment between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM to narrow down our arrival to a 2-hour window. We are happy to call on the way so you can meet us.
Please lock up all animals. We have been bitten countless times, and as a result don’t trust Fluffy and Fido any more (Every Hero has his Kryptonite).
If your problem involves a stacked washer/dryer or wall oven, be prepared to give assistance in moving the unit. If you cannot offer assistance, please let us know. We’ll arrange to bring an Assistant Service Hero at a flat fee of $100.
NOTE: If your warranty company referred you to us, please disregard the pricing — they have it covered!
If possible, please provide us with the error codes of your problem machine when you schedule your appliance repair service call. The more information we have ahead of time the quicker we can make the appliance repairs.
