WASHER REPAIR TIPS
- Unplug the unit for 2 minutes and plug it back in to reboot any circuit boards.
- Make sure both water valves are turned on.
- Clean the water inlet filters on the back of the machine.
- Some plumbers install flood-safe hoses — make sure those are allowing water to flow.
- Clean any drain filters before calling.
- Install a new drain sock if you use one.
- Make sure the drain tub is draining sufficiently.
- Record any error codes you see.
- Make sure the unit is plugged in — plug a lamp into the outlet to verify it has power.
- Make sure the unit is level.
- Still stumped? Call your service heroes

Lid switch is not activating consistently without pressure. It does activate consistently when you close it securely. Recommend customer closes the door a little more securely. Tightened front cabinet bolts more and recommend vibration pads for the feet if the walking continues. Floor is a bit uneven and may have contributed to the issue.

Replaced water valve and customer bought water hammer devices that i added to their water line shut off valve. Tested and washer no longer bangs pipes and has full flow into washer now. Washer is working good.I did notice and let customer know that their water shut off to washer has a slight leak.

Phillip was polite & considerate (took his shoes off). He evaluated my problem with my washing machine vibrating & m I Ving all over laundry room. He suggested some rubber pads that go under the legs of the machine. I ordered them & my son in law placed them under the feet. The next day the machine was doing the same thing. I'm frustrated.
